Abstract:
A book handling the Islamic Education. It proves its being a cure and clarifies its concept as well as the concept of the Islamic Religion and the relation between Islam and education.
It indicates the fact that the sources of the Islamic education are derived from the Qur'an and the Sunnah and states their intellectual bases and the characteristics of the Islamic concept of the human, the cosmos and life.
It clarifies the devotional and legislative bases of the Islamic Education, the effect of religion on educating the human intellectually and morally and maintaining the five necessities represented in Religion, Soul, Wealth, Reason, Honor, and Lineage through discussing the religious, social, political, civilizational, human, didactic instinctive and physical bases.
It displays the educational influence as well as the significance and importance of belief through discussing the pillars of the belief in Allah, the angels, the Scriptures that Allah sent down, the Hereafter and fate whether good or evil, and talks about the educational and moral effects of each fiducial and Islamic pillar.
It discusses the aims of the Islamic education and compares it with the Western education, and clarifies the significance of the Islamic education within its sense connected with realizing those aims.
It mentions the means of the Islamic education represented in mosques, schools, Muslim educators, a society which perceives its educational responsibility, the role of the school efficiency in education and the significance and characteristics of the Islamic educational approach.
It studies the methods of the Islamic education through the Qur'anic, Prophetic, elocutionary, devotional, descriptive, narrative, dialectical, emotional and persuasive dialogue, and through the Qur'anic and Prophetic stories, setting examples, good guidance, maturity, practice, deed, sport, lessons, preaching and rousing desire or fear as well as the educational results of them all.
